Q: When does dandruff occur?

A: Dandruff occurs when the scalp sheds more than the normal amount of dead skin.

Q: Can Extra-Care Shampoo be used for consumers having dandruff?

A:  Customers can still use it but it is not designed for that purpose.

Q: I have dry ends, can I use Extra Care Conditioner instead of Dandruff Defence conditioner?

A: Depends what the primary use for Dandruff Defence is. If it is for dandruff control then we recommend Dandruff Defence. It also has excellent moisturising properties. 

Q: It is only a 150ml bottle. I have long hair and wash my hair everyday. How long with the bottle last?

A: 150ml should last about 10-15 washes.

Q: I am currently using the Hi-Shine Extra Body range as I have oily hair scalp, can I alternate is with Dandruff Defence?

A:  Yes, this will be beneficial. 

Q: Will the Dandruff Defence range reduce the itch caused by dandruff?

A: Yes this will help scalp irritation. 

Q: The Dandruff Defence range is naturopathic. Why is it not micro-brewed just like the rest of the hair care range?

A: It is more of a treatment based program and the microbrewing process would react with the current active ingredients.
