How to Shop With Us:

1. Go to 'tns products' (on the blue cross bar at the top of this page), where you can scroll through the product ranges
2. Open the product range and click on the Product List on the right-hand side of the screen
3. If you'd like to order that product, then click on the 'Add to My Shopping Cart' link at the top of that product page.
4. When you've finished selecting your products, click on 'My Shopping Cart' to view your final product selections
5. Follow the 'Shopping Basket' instructions to complete your order
6. Payment - you may choose payment in any of the following ways:

2. phone us your credit card details on +61 3 9551 5544
3. fax your credit card details to +61 3 9551 7470
4. Australian money order or cheque only - made out to The Natural Source Pty Ltd and posted to 42 Corporate Drive, Heatherton VIC 3202
5. PayPal - if you choose to pay via PayPal, please email us via the 'Contact Us' button to tell us you want to pay via PayPal. We will then email you the PayPal link for your order.
To ensure security, after processing the information, any emailed payment details are completely deleted and not archived or stored electronically.
Once you have emailed your choice of payment, your payment details are then processed via bank electronic transfer.
7. As soon as we receive your payment, we'll post your products to you!

What is the correct freight charge for my order?
|
All orders are processed and shipped from The Natural Source Head Office in Australia, so if you are placing your order from any other country, this is considered an international order.
Freight charges, within Australia and internationally, are flat rates so no matter how many products you have in your order, you will only pay the one amount - $10 for Australia, and $35 for us to send internationally.
So, you will you always know how much you are paying for shipping, no matter how many products you have in one order.
Everyone is different, and we know some customers love the products so much they prefer to just get one product at a time (especially if they're running low) however, we know other customers purchase several products every few months, and the freight charge could actually cost up to $80.00 for an international order, however with the flat freight charge of $35, each customer will only ever pay the one flat fee per order.
www.thenaturalsource.com does not ship commercial size orders.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
|
All valid orders are processed within 1 working day and lodged with the Australian postal service.
Normal delivery time for orders is 3-7 working days within Australia, and 7-15 working days for international orders.
If any part of your order is incorrect or an item is sold out, we will email you to confirm changes required before your order is processed.

How much will my order cost in my currency?

All prices are in AUD$ - Australian dollars.
We recommend you check with your bank at the time of ordering to confirm the up-to-date exchange rate in your country.

Can I order from within a country that has TNS stores?
|
The Natural Source Head Office Australia is unable to supply orders to markets where "tns stores" already exist. You can check to see where your nearest store is by clicking on "tns stores" then "tns store locations".

Are there any customs requirements if I'm ordering from overseas?

Some countries may require special customs entry formalities, or duties to be paid.
The Natural Source is not responsible for either of these eventualities and we suggest you check with your local customs office.
